Our filing history
In prior years, High Desert Keepers' annual gross receipts were within the eligibility threshold for filing IRS Form 990-N, commonly called the electronic postcard. The 990-N is submitted electronically and does not produce the same downloadable return as a full Form 990.
In the organization's most recent fiscal year, receipts exceeded that threshold. High Desert Keepers will therefore file a full Form 990 for that year.
Current status
The upcoming Form 990 is currently being prepared, and High Desert Keepers is operating under an approved filing extension.
